Duties and Responsibilities:
Alumni Coordinator
- Coordinate and implement alumni and donor events, programs and activities.
- Develop and implement social media plan to increase alumni participation and engagement.
- Assist in writing and proofreading alumni communications including event invitations, newsletters, brochures and related materials.
- Ensure assigned web pages are up-to-date and error free. Ensure timely administration of alumni membership processing. Facilitate board meetings and committee meetings as needed.
- Maintain assigned database and keep information current.
- Ensure vendor vouchers, contracts and payments are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the Office of Advancement as needed.
- Represent the Office of Advancement at University events as appropriate.
- Works with Director of Alumni Relations and/or Alumni Manager on assigned projects for the AUM Alumni Association and Office of Advancement.

- Knowledge of applicable Alumni Affairs policies and procedures.

- Ability to process, review, and evaluate documents
- Ability to use computer software programs to include but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (4 years of relevant experience).
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending evening and weekend University events as needed.
