Do you enjoy creating and analyzing RFP's? Are you a strong negotiator when it comes to procurement agreements with suppliers? If yes, Maverik is looking for you!

What You'll Do: 

• Develop and compose RFP/bid specifications in a manner that internal customer’s needs are addressed
• Analyze RFP/bid responses to determine the most responsive and responsible supplier to optimize total cost of ownership for Maverik
• Prepare supporting reports/spreadsheets in order to track actual cost reductions and ROI
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the maximum overall benefit to Maverik
• Negotiate new procurement agreements and any changes to existing supplier contracts
• Establishes collaborative relationships with key suppliers and establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
• Source qualified suppliers in support of internal customer requirements and proactively manage supplier’s performance

What We're Looking For: 

• 3 years of experience managing complex/high-value procurement initiatives and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CPSM or CPSD Certification preferred
• Proven skill & knowledge in RFx’s and Contracting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business-related field preferred
