Here at Robert Half, we are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Procurement Specialist to help grow one of our valued clients in Miami Beach. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in both English and Spanish and have proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables.Responsibilities will include:Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.Correspond with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts.Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor agreements.Process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing, coding, and entering invoices into the accounting system.Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers.Provide support to the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
