POSITION SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Purchasing and Procurement Director, the Procurement Analyst is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and administering CPLC’s procurement card (P-Card) programs. Serves as the liaison between CPLC, cardholders, and the procurement card vendor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background:
- Familiarity with/ability to use database software applications
- Written and oral communications, including public speaking.
- Great business and technical writing
- Skilled at analytics, mathematics and computer programs/platforms
- Demonstrated highly developed time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize and make timely decisions
- Conveys superior verbal and written communication skills, specifically business / report writing
- Displays superior analytical and diagnostic skills and ability to break down complex issues and implementing appropriate resolutions
- Capable of working in a demanding, deadline driven environment with a focus on details and accuracy
- Projects solid project management skills
- Excellent people development and delegation skills, including training/instruction and engagement scheduling and budgeting
- Must have basic math skills and ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Adept at planning, organization, analyzation, problem solving, multitasking, and communication
- Works proficiently alone and within a team
Other Requirements:
Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19. Newly hired employees, who are not Fully Vaccinated at the time of hire, are expected to begin a vaccination series immediately upon hire. CPLC recognizes medical and religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, in accordance with applicable law and upon approval by CPLC.
