Description
PeaceHealth is seeking a Philanthropy Gift Processing Coordinator, responsible for daily donation processing, generating financial transaction reports, generating donor tax and thank you correspondence and ensuring the data integrity of The Raiser's Edge constituent database. The focus of the position will be to ensure that donor gifts are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. The coordinator will work in partnership with finance and other members of the operations and prospect management team to ensure seamless engagement between teams and the foundations.
This is a remote role however the incumbent must be willing to travel to meet with donors, foundations or any other business need that requires individual to be on site. The incumbent must also reside in OR, WA, AK or TX.

The actual hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the job/position responsibilities, location, terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement, education, training, work experience, seniority, work performance, etc.
