As the Assistant Director, you will play a key role in supporting the Director in overseeing the daily operations of our organization. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community members
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and curriculum
- Conduct performance evaluations of staff members and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education administration

```Qualifications```
- Florida's Director's Certificate in childcare or working on the Florida's Directors Certificate

- VPK Director's Certificate or working on VPK Director's Certificate
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in strategic planning and problem-solving
- Experience in managing and educating diverse populations
