Description:

The Operations Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on operational policies and procedures involving our Customer Identification Program . The candidate must be capable of assisting with the review, investigation, and solutioning of accounts that have been flagged for review because of our Customer Identification Program. Additional responsibilities may include the assessment and reporting of processing quality and accuracy of assigned processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written skills, along with being a team player. The candidate must also possess the ability to research, problem solve, and document conclusions appropriately.

Essential Functions:

1. Review and process new account documentation.

2. General maintenance of accounts as required.

3. Document quality issues, performance measures, and quality improvements for management review as required.

4. Provide information to assist in providing feedback to internal and external business partners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 Year of Financial Services Experience (Preferred)
• Licenses/Certifications Required/Preferred: Series 7 (Preferred)
• Software/Systems Skills Required/Preferred: Microsoft Office Suite required
