By offering assistance to our clients' admissions teams, we help answer inbound calls and contact internet inquiries in an effort to identify and transfer qualified prospective students to the school's admissions staff.
We are currently recruiting Bilingual Student Information Specialists to join our growing team in our Lead Qualification department. Candidates would be fluent in both Spanish and English and will be performing duties related to student admissions - including verifying student data, motivating prospective students, answering general questions, and setting the ground work for campus appointments.
Representatives must be comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone, retaining and reiterating specific product knowledge, and learning proprietary software. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Full and part time positions are available. ALL candidates must have night time and weekend availability. Candidates should be motivated and have reliable transportation.
We are a 7-day a week operation and all candidates must be able to work 2 nights a week as well as 2 weekends (Saturday & Sunday) a month.
