Advanced-Level Providers Needed for Urgent Care Medicine in Fresno, CA

Full-Time Employed Model with Full Benefits Including Malpractice with Tail Coverage and Retirement
Experienced providers will earn $85/hr. plus OT with a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and an Annual Retention Bonus of $20,000. New Graduates will earn $80/hr. with OT, a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus, and an Annual Retention Bonus of $10,000. 

Accelerated Urgent Care (AUC) is a physician-owned and operated organization of freestanding urgent care centers dedicated to setting an unprecedented standard of care for our patients and an edifying, intuitive work environment for our employees. We are looking for Certified Advanced-Level Practitioners, who want to thrive in an environment surrounded by highly trained and motivated individuals and operate as a team in a collegial and collaborative environment.

• Trained or experienced in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• The hours will be 8 am to 9 pm or 12 pm to 1 am...you choose what works best for you
• Every provider will practice twelve-hour (12) shifts - schedules are made one month in advance
• Full-time is 14 shifts/month with 2 on-call shifts/month - 12-hour shifts with OT
• Part-time is 6–11 shifts/month, 12-hour shifts with OT, and no on-call
• Acuity is low, providers see about 4–5 patients per hour - The "Full-Spectrum" of care provided
• Standard procedures performed are I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair
• X-ray on-site with results in 20 minutes and in-house Point-of-Care testing onsite
• EMR is easy to use, and patients can be charted in one minute (VelociDoc with Dragon dictation)
• Practice alongside other Physicians, Advanced-Level Practitioners, RNs, MAs, and X-Ray Techs
• Excellent customer service and communication are a must for all of our staff and providers
