Documents retention strategies. Leads employee recognition programs and initiatives. Checks in with all new hires at the 30 day, 60, and 90 day mark, communicates with stakeholders to ensure a successful onboarding of newly hired staff. Conducts all exit interviews, analyzes data and reports back on reoccurring themes. Assists with onboarding activities as needed. Manages the W.o.W program which is an agency wide mentorship program pairing new hires with a mentor. Maintains an understanding of the clinic’s organizational structure as well as knowledge of personnel policies and procedures and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.  Continues to develop knowledge and understanding about the history, traditions, values, family systems, and artistic expression of groups served as well as uses appropriate methodological approaches, skills, and techniques that reflect an understanding of culture.   LI-MM1 #IND123
