Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in Phoenix, AZ

Imperial Monumental Solutions (IMS) , we are a marketing firm partnered with Fortune 500 companies such as Spectrum, AT&T, DirecTV ,ADT, Frontier and also now Walmart retailers

We handle billing for small business accounts and assist business owners with renewals and give them specialized pricing. Our aim is to lower their rates once they are out of promotion.

Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer profile

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
