Annuities Retention Specialist coordinates with service representatives and clients to assist with retaining the client's annuity business. Provides knowledge and expertise to clients in order to meet their financial goals and to clearly understand various options that are available with annuities. Being an Annuities Retention Specialist reviews surrender requests and contacts clients to re-engage and identify opportunities for additional sales. Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Annuities Retention Specialist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional for the role of Onboarding and Retention Specialist to join our team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers. This new role will serve as a dedicated campus resource to ensure new employees are supported throughout the hiring process (onboarding and orientation), initiate and deploy program tools, disseminate data to team members, assist in determining why employees are leaving (retention and turnover), and build relationships and initiatives to support employee retention.
The Onboarding and Retention Specialist will deploy a campus action plan and ensure program initiatives and changes become integrated for on-going deployment in the organization. This position will work within the Empira collaborative by sharing education, experiences, and best practices as they deploy the program within their respective organizations.
Position: Full-time, Monday - Friday, working onsite at the campus
