We are currently hiring a Payroll/AP Coordinator to manage the payroll and accounts payable functions, under the director of the Controller.This is a full time position with excellent PTO, medical, dental and vision benefits and 401(k) match. Come join our team!Qualifications:This person will be responsible for payroll duties including reviewing payrolls, recording payrolls to general ledger as well as various general ledger accounting duties for the company as assigned.Knowledge and Experience:- Must have high level of interpersonal skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to pay continual attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Exercise good judgment, apply common sense and successfully handle ambiguity.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
- Understands need for and maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times when interacting with patients, residents, families, visitors, referral sources and all other contacts.
- Must have strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets (MS Word, Excel)
