Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Onsite in Shelby County
Compensation: Starting at $50-60K | Direct Hire
M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible)
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and process full-cycle accounts payable.
- Ensure that purchase orders and vendor invoices are in agreement with regard to pricing and payment terms.
- Input vendor invoices for payment.
- Process accounts payable payments
- Maintain vendor files, W-9 forms, payment information, and subcontractor insurance certificates.
- Process 1099 forms.
- Collaborate with vendors to address invoicing or payment issues.
- Assist with streamlining the AP processes.
What you'll need to be considered:
- 5-8 years minimum of high-volume accounts payable experience- Required!
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, handling a significant volume of transactions with ease.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every transaction is processed correctly.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and ERP experience.
