AP Coordinator jobs in Rock Hill, SC

Job Description:

Initiate electronic vendor payments (ACH, wires) in bank portal, ensure all vendor invoices are processed accurately and timely, communicate with vendors regarding payments and resolve payables conflicts.

Primary Responsiblities:

1. Work with all levels of domestic and international associates and vendors for accurate and timely processing of invoices from receipt to payment for both PO and non-PO purchases. 
2. Manage and coordinate both the domestic and International payment process to include vendor setup, banking interfaces, payment execution, and issue resolutions.
3. Validate invoice content, accuracy, and approval authorization.  Work with management to resolve validation issues.
4. Execute the daily payment process for ACH and wire payments through bank portal.
5. Research and resolve AP questions submitted by phone and email.  Communication with external vendors must be done in a diplomatic fashion in order to maintain vendor relationships.
6. Provide backup for other AP team members (may include weekend work).

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Five years AP experience
2. Two years experience with making domestic and international bank payments through bank portal.
3.  Above average oral and written communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
5. Well organized, detail oriented, and has ability to problem solve
6. Must be able to maintain confidentiality
7. High School Diploma
8. Ability to prioritize and meet deadline requests

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in NetSuite 
2. Experience with the Documentary Collections process
3. Comprehension of preparing and issuing 1099s to suppliers and the IRS
4. Some college level education
5. Advanced Excel Skills
