AP Coordinator jobs in Rogers, AR

Nowdx, Inc is urgently hiring for an AP/AR Specialist. The position will be from the office located in Springdale, Arkansas. The accounts receivable/ accounts payable specialist will report to the accounting manager and work directly with the accounting manager on a day to day basis. Hourly Rate $20-$22 per hour.

The duties of the AP/AR Specialist will include the following:

• Responsible for all accounts payable transactions including purchase orders, receiving, and invoicing.
• Compute a three way match for accounts payable and get proper approval before submitting payment.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate vendor ACH accounts in the accounting software.
• Responsible for onboarding new vendors in the system.
• Responsible for reviewing Accounts Payable Aging report and ensure accuracy.
• Responsible for invoicing of sales orders.
• Responsible for credit card transactions and reconciliation at month end.
• Responsible for all internal and external communication for all accounts payable and accounts receivable.
