Being an Appeal Resolution Manager allocates team resources to ensure an effective and balanced case workload. Applies industry standards and uses best practices in the preparation of legal briefs. The Case Manager is an integral member of the Mission’s team as it helps organize patient care, working with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the services they need in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The Case Manager is someone who takes the initiative, can multi-task, and is able to manage a large caseload. The Case Manager provides assessments, assignments, and accountabilities to guests and participants in our facilities and programs. The Case Manager (CM) is a full-time, non-exempt position of Denver Rescue Mission (DRM). Which must agree with and abide by our Statement of Faith and Employee Handbook.
