We are looking for a Legal Specialist/Paralegal specializing in Legal Account Resolution Specialists/Legal Collectors. You will be primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts through the legal collection process, filing directly with the courts, and maintaining the Attorney’s calendar for court appearances.
Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 (Flexible pursuant to experience)

Duties:
· Open and maintain client files and ensure accuracy of data
· Process and properly record payments
· File appropriate forms and orders with both the General District and Circuit Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia
· Communicate effectively with courts, clients, and debtors
· Comply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations
