Job Description:
Are you skilled in resolving conflicts and promoting harmony in the workplace? This role is tailored for experienced HR professionals who excel in navigating sensitive employee relations issues with a focus on fairness and resolution. As our Conflict Resolution Specialist, you will be pivotal in creating a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary expert in resolving workplace conflicts, disputes, and grievances by conducting investigations, mediating, and aligning solutions with company policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct confidential and impartial investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and fair application of employee relations practices and policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations, complaints, and resolutions.
- Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on employee-related matters to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting hourly employee client groups.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in mid to large-size organizations.
- HR Certification (SHRM, PHR, etc.).
