Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Credit Balance Specialist to work remotely within our footprint states: AK, CA, MT, OR, TX and/or WA.

The Credit Balance Specialist is responsible for effectively managing credit balance workloads and responds, resolves, and follows up on external and internal inquires in a timely manner. This positions maintains consistent productivity and quality of work in a challenging, fast paced and rapidly changing environment.

Required qualifications:

• 1 year Healthcare, revenue cycle or finance.

• A track record in organizing and planning with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and achieve results in a fast paced environment.
