Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional guest service.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check members in efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about gym services
- Assist with memberships
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Perform evening cleaning/maintenance duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fitness industry or hospitality management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

- Knowledge in the fitness industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
