Job Summary:
Assist in supporting activities related to the Finance and Human Resources (HR) information systems. Provide Tier 1 & 2 support to help troubleshoot and resolve issues, assist in implementing enhancements, and produce general reports. This role collaborates with staff in operational areas, including HR (Human Resources) and Finance, to assist in leveraging the college’s HR and Finance ERP solutions capabilities in their operational work. Develop an understanding of systems capabilities to aid in designing solutions that improve system efficiency, usability, and reliability. Assist in monitoring product roadmaps and share relevant information with the IT & Analytics team and internal clients. Support in providing systems expertise for troubleshooting system problems. Ability to work under supervision with some initiative and independent judgment.
Supervision:
This position reports to the Associate Director of College Applications Technical Services. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but will assist in providing system-related support to functional and campus users.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; good organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; understanding of relational databases and SQL (structured query language); ability to handle multiple tasks and confidential information. Experience with Oracle and Finance and HR systems is preferred. Work Environment The work is mainly indoors in a safe, accessible environment. Hybrid options are available. Operates a personal computer and office equipment. May need to deliver or pickup materials from other campus locations and should be able to walk, drive, or arrange transportation.
