**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Real Estate Administrative Professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the Agent and her team in delivering outstanding service to clients. This individual will serve as the backbone of the team, ensuring smooth operations, fostering client relationships, and upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities:**
-Assist the agent with paperwork that helps guide clients through the home buying or selling process with care, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service (does not include activities that a real estate license is required to perform)
- Support the agent in all aspects of client interactions, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and coordinating meetings.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency and precision, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
- Make executive decisions aligned with the vision and values of the agent, reflecting professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction.
- Serve as the face of the top producing agent, embodying the brand values and maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor in all client interactions.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adeptness in multitasking, seamlessly transitioning between various tasks and ensuring each task is completed to 100% satisfaction.
- Provide support to the team as needed, including organizing team meetings, arranging guest speakers, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team success.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information and business matters.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping clients navigate the real estate process.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions in line with business objectives.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
