Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     We are looking for a receptionist, you will need to have a pleasant personality and a good attitude. To manage our front desk daily, and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. You will also, need to know how to multitask.

    Responsibilities

    · Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
    • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
    • Update calendars and schedule meetings
    • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
    • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing

    Requirements

    · Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    · Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

    · Professional attitude and appearance

    · Solid written and verbal communication skills

    · Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

    · Excellent organizational skills

    · Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

    · Customer service attitude

    · High school diploma: additional certification in Office Management is a plus

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday
