Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser (Residential Real Estate) occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Compensation:$60,000 - $250,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Technology driven

- Past sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
