Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Real Estate Agents Close 1-2 deals per month
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Organize and attend property viewings and open houses
- Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf
Requirements:
-Must have Texas real estate license, or be in Real Estate school.
- Must have excellent communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
