Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Your expertise in equipment repair, schematics, and building and maintaining HVAC systems will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, maintain and/or change out residential HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting and cleaning equipment, replacing filters, and lubricating parts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Test system performance to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant codes and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration
- Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with schematics and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Experience with building and maintaining HVAC systems
- Knowledge of boil/weld procedures for ammonia refrigeration is a plus
- Certification in HVAC/R is preferred
