Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) jobs in Springfield, MA

• Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
• Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
• Complete elementary bookkeeping tasks for the broker
• Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
• Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele

• Analyze market adversaries, develop, and implement strategies for transitioning agents to the company
• Responsible for hiring, training, and leading new agents
• Maintain and edit an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
• Maintain the culture and associate care systems to ensure business growth
• Create and maintain employee onboarding systems
• Track and review goals weekly by leading weekly meetings
• Continually look for ways to retain associates, increase sales & increase profitability
• Build relationships with the associates and staff
• Cultivate relationships with the top producers in the area
• Maintain our culture of a supportive and congenial office
• Ensure consistent and clear communication with stakeholders and the Team

• Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Can work on deadline and handle private client information
