Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) conducts residential real estate appraisals to establish the market value generally used for lending, insurance, or other purposes. Follows standard processes for conducting on-site property inspections, data collection, and research relevant market conditions required to perform valuations. Being an Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and the surrounding location. Uses generally accepted appraisal practice concepts and practices to perform data analysis, develop valuation estimates, and write comprehensive reports and exhibits. Additionally, Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) utilizes appraisal software tools and databases. Ensures that reports comply with required policies, formats, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. May require the Member of the Appraisal Institute (SRA) or similar designation. Requires a State Appraiser License. Typically reports to a manager. The Appraiser Sr. (Residential Real Estate) work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Responsibilities- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
