What You Will Do:
Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices
Check the validity of debit accounts
Update the accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and deadlines
Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
Track and manage financial data
Work with executive, administrative, and operations teams to meet monthly and quarterly budgets
Adhere to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with customers and data
Qualification:
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and a minimum of 2 years experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in AR/AP
Proven experience as a billing specialist
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
