Position: AP/AR Manager

Job Type: Full time Monday- Friday

Location: Lehi, UT Hybrid/onsite

Pay: $65,000-$70,000

Join our client’s team as an AP/AR Manager and help them revolutionize the branding industry! You will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will also negotiate vendor deals and support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities for AP/AR Manager

• Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
• Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis
• Work closely with Vendor, negotiate vendor deals.
• Ensure collections are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications for Bookkeeper

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
