Job Description

Come join us as an Architectural Designer!

We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to work on medium to large commercial projects. As a member of our project team based in Hooksett, NH, you will be responsible for creating documents for diverse types of commercial projects such as hospitality, multi-family, senior living, institutional, office, and industrial. Our unique approach to design and construction allows our designers to collaborate with architects and engineers at various levels, as well as directly with Estimating, Marketing, and Construction Management.

Qualifications

• • 7 years of experience using Revit in a professional environment
• • A degree in a related architectural field is necessary
• • Working towards gaining licensure as an architect is an advantage
• • Knowledge of wood frame, steel frame, and concrete structures is required
• • Experience working with multi-family, senior living, or hospitality buildings is preferred
• • Must be proactive and possess a strong work ethic
• • Capable of working collaboratively with a positive attitude
• • Must have a curious mind and be willing to ask questions
• • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently.
