Come join our dynamic Inside Sales team! We are looking for motivated and highly organized individuals who are detail oriented and possess superior communication skills, both written and verbal. As a partner to our Outside Sales team, and the primary contact for our established customers, you will process quote and order requests and be a resource for product knowledge and post-sales support. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2 years of sales and customer service experience

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Suite

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Interact with our customers, provide written quotes, information about products, and availability
• Estimate/quote prices levels 1-4, current lead times and other details associated with project
• Process customer orders on the daily basis to ensure quick turnaround and order accuracy
• Follow up with production department on project status, and communicate updates regularly to customer
• Consult with customers after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
• Data entry
• Communicate project delivery requirements to production and continually update customer with expected delivery dates
• Initiate new customer account setup and forward information to accounting department

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires sitting for long periods of time; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
