Art Director Assistant assists the Art Director with all phases of design projects to ensure successful project completion. Monitors work through all stages of pre-production and production and facilitates solutions to any issues that may arise. Being an Art Director Assistant reviews the work of videographers, photographers, designers, and graphic artists. Requires knowledge of typography, layout, color, and visual communication. Additionally, Art Director Assistant requires a bachelor's degree of art or design. Typically reports to Art Director. The Art Director Assistant gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Laboratory Assistant will work with lead instructor to assist with student preparation of wax modeling project / presentation for FSR239 Restorative Art. This course prepares students for reconstruction of areas of the body that have been distorted by traumatic injury or disease. Class is held on the campus of Bridgewater State University in both the fall and spring semesters.
