We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team in an automotive shop. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Automotive parts preferred.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Give proper estimates
- Create Invoices
- Order parts
- Coordinate jobs with mechanics

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer Knowledge / QuickBooks Knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
