Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales, Shop Manager, Art and Jewelry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, art, jewelry and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting art and jewelry pieces
- Handle credit and cash transactions and operate the credit and cash register
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase jewelry features
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Demonstrate technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products
- Upsell additional art andjewelry items to customers
- Conduct wireless sales transaction.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in the jewelry sector, is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with proficiency in Spanish being a plus
- Experience in conducting product demos and upselling techniques
