Art Director directs and develops the creative design and execution of visual communications to meet an organization's marketing or advertising objectives. Provides internal clients with design standards, tools, and guidance on communicating corporate image, branding, and identity. Being an Art Director leads the design and production operations of all visual elements including publications, infographics, and social content, that are deployed across digital, interactive and print. Stays current on latest trends. Additionally, Art Director develops a network of vendors, freelance artists, and designers to utilize for project support. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in art, graphic design or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Art Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Client Relations and Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is pivotal in guiding our clientele through our services, determining their needs, and directing them to the appropriate department, whether it be our High-End Landscape Division or our Maintenance and Service Department. Additionally, this position encompasses vital administrative responsibilities, including handling deposits, managing bookkeeping tasks, and overseeing time card systems. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous, customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming calls, providing a warm, professional welcome to all clients.
    • Utilize a sales script to accurately identify client needs and direct them to the appropriate service department.
    • Manage client deposits and oversee financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks with precision.
    • Maintain and manage time card systems for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the company.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback to continually improve our service offerings.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the landscaping or related industries.
    • Strong administrative skills, with experience in handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, and time management systems.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
    • Proficiency in office software, including CRM platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
