As part of a creative and strategic branding agency, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing high-quality, visually compelling websites for our clients and support us in maintaining the backend. Your work will help bring brands to life online and ensure seamless user experiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain visually stunning and responsive websites using WordPress, Shopify, and custom code tailored to our clients’ unique brand strategies.
• Collaborate closely with our design, copywriting, and brand strategy teams to integrate visual, interactive, and functional elements in a cohesive manner.
• Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure websites are optimized for both mobile and desktop experiences, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all devices.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility and support our clients' digital marketing goals.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies to continually improve and innovate in web development projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with back-end technologies like Node.js or PHP.
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and custom CMS implementations, ensuring brand identity is reflected across platforms.
• Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Bootstrap to deliver responsive, high-performance websites.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to build scalable and maintainable web solutions.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and unit testing to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Familiarity with GraphQL for API development is a plus, helping to streamline data flow and enhance site functionality.
• A passion for design-driven development and collaboration, understanding the importance of creating digital experiences that align with each brand’s vision.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Pixel etc

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
