Registered Nurse

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, evaluations, and treatments
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform specialized procedures such as ostomy care, wound care, IV infusions
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems (e.g., Axxess)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required

-Home Health experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to lift and move patients when necessary
