Rockford Art Deli is a fast-growing screen printing and Retail shop. From 10 to 6 on Monday through Friday, we make custom apparel for an array of amazing clients along with printing our own items to sell in the retail space. We give back 1% of our gross sales to local environmental nonprofits through 1% for the planet.

We’re looking for a Screen Printing Press Operator to help enhance our printing team, efficiently printing thousands of t-shirts a week for high-profile local and national clients. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

As a Press Operator at Rockford Art Deli, you’re how we make our customers happy. You’re the backbone of the entire operation. You won’t just take orders – you’ll work collaboratively with the entire team to figure out the best way to print. This is a job with independence and responsibility.

Responsibilities

*Exposing & reclaiming screens *setting up and running print jobs on an automatic & manual press *helping manage a daily print schedule *mixing pantone inks *overseeing fulfillment requirements as needed *maintaining a clean work environment * Learning and teaching. You’ll be cross-trained on new machines regularly and gain more experience to grow your career.

• Mon-Friday / 10-6pm / PT or FT options
• Must have Screen Printing Experience
• Opportunities for OT

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
