Fine Art Framing Manager

Lead the operation of the Fine Art Framing and Fabrication department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Art and photography framing, cut glass, mount artwork, chopping & joining, mat cutting, stretch canvases, Inventory control, ordering supplies as needed.

• Develop, coach, and cross train the team in all aspects of the department.

• Leads the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time by planning workload and scheduling the team and individuals.

• Manage and execute the inventory management processes.

• Assist with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing and training of new Team members; support with Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Mgmt. activities of your team; utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development.

• Set daily expectations of framing team.

Key Qualifications:

• Superior leadership skills.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.

Education & Experience:

• 2 years of management experience and leading a team.
• Fine Art Framing: 2 years (Required)
• Management: 2 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
