Assembly Supervisor supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated parts. Creates daily work schedules, follows standard manufacturing procedures, and monitors work to meet product specifications and production targets. Being an Assembly Supervisor resolves production problems and answers workers' questions about processes, methods, or equipment. Delivers training for new processes or equipment and onboard new employees. Additionally, Assembly Supervisor conducts quality testing on completed assemblies to validate tolerances and product specifications. Reviews daily assembly production records to identify trends or potential performance issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Job Description:
In this position you will be responsible for the following:
-prep/building pallets and strapping of materials for shipping
-clean and clear debris and hazardous materials each day
-building of all types of aluminum extrusion frames specified per plans/CAD drawings
-help team members in other various scopes of work as necessary
Experience Necessary:
-able to read a tape measure in Metric and English
-basic computer skills
-ability to read a set of plans/CAD drawings
-able to use a miter saw and nail gun
-basic carpentry skills
-able to juggle multiple projects
-able to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50lbs
-high school degree or equivalent; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus

-knowledge of packing/shipping of pallets
