Monitors and reports on interest rate risk and liquidity risk. Being an Asset/Liability Analyst assists in the development and deployment of strategies designed to mitigate these risks. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Asset/Liability Analyst typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Our Pharmaceutical client has engaged us to provide a full time Contractor to support the field sales team in the area of Incentive Compensation. The analyst is responsible for supporting the development of incentive programs that motivate the sales force and drive results.
