Asset/Liability Manager oversees the development of programs and/or models that evaluate the organization's asset/liability strategy. Monitors and reports on interest rate risk and liquidity risk. Being an Asset/Liability Manager assists in the development and deployment of strategies designed to mitigate these risks. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Asset/Liability Manager typically reports to top management. The Asset/Liability Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be an Asset/Liability Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. You will join our Oslo office and lead both local and international projects as our teams work in partnership across our growing global pool of strategy Consultants.
As a Manager you will dually be responsible for the management and delivery of projects and across our Strategy, Transaction Support, Transformation and Regulation and Policy offering. You will also have the opportunity to drive business development activities, work with clients at the forefront of the industry and share your project expertise with junior members of the team.
The nature of our work is varied, and you will work on projects in strategy design, due diligence analysis and regulatory work, working with world-class experts in the TMT industry.

As long as you are keen to learn about the sector and have a strong academic background, you don’t need to have a background exclusively in TMT.
You must be fluent in English. Fluency in Norwegian is not essential, but you must be willing to learn.
