A leading critical access hospital located in northern Maine is currently searching for an experienced Medical Group Practice Administrator to join their accredited healthcare team.
This organization provides access to world-class acute care services to a population of roughly 14,000 people. The inpatient services provided include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. This system also provides various outpatient services including laboratory procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiology, chemotherapy, same-day surgery, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, nutritional counseling, home health, and respiratory care.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Medical Group Practice Administrator will oversee the operational management of internal practices. The Medical Group Practice Administrator is responsible for ensuring high levels of revenue integrity, manages practice budgets, leading provider relations, overseeing recruitment of new providers, works to build practice volumes and community involvement, addresses patient complaints, oversees a team of experienced Practice Managers, and promotes the mission and vision of the hospital.
