AMCS is a moderately sized, locally owned company seeking a full time Property Manager for their property in Charleston. You will be supported by a full time Asst. Manager and full time maintenance technician.
To be a successful candidate you must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a high energy personality that enjoys leasing, and resident and prospect contact. The property currently uses industry software that includes; Realpage OPS technology, and Onesite Leasing and Rents. Two or more working years experience in the property management field as well as familiarity with these software formats is required.
