*Overview*
We are seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service in the employee benefits sector.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Conduct benefits administration, including enrollment and claims resolution
- Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to attract new clients
- Negotiate benefit plan options with insurance providers
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Analyze market trends to recommend tailored benefit solutions
- Assist in sales administration tasks as needed
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in insurance sales and benefits administration
- Familiarity with telemarketing and outside sales strategies
- Ability to negotiate effectively with insurance providers
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements in the benefits industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Understanding of market dynamics in the employee benefits sector
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Salary based on prior experience; commissions and bonuses additional.
