The basis function of the ADON is to assist the Director of Nursing in the overall management of the Nursing department. Provide routine daily care and services that support the care delivered to patients requiring long term or rehabilitative care, in accordance with the established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor. 10 hours per month will be required to work in the Assisted Living Facility.

Upon discharge of a resident, our social services department will also coordinate community resources for home care.
