Hey Bismarck, we’re currently seeking an innovative and customer service-minded individual to join our team as the Assistant Executive Director (AED). As the AED at Edgewood, you’ll work closely with the Executive Director on business operations that include networking, daily operations, resident relations, and employee activities. In this role, you’ll utilize your personal strengths and leadership skills to truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, all while supporting and mentoring a team, working together to provide our residents the exceptional care they deserve. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in a related field, required. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Experience within an assisted living or memory care community with a significant level of responsibility and accountability for goal achievement, preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in seniors and compassion for the aging.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
