Albion College invites applications for the Associate Director for Campus Safety position. We are especially interested in candidates who will contribute to a campus climate that supports equity, diversity, and belonging. The Associate Director for Campus Safety is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of campus safety and security programs and services including, but not limited to security, environmental health and safety, fire safety, emergency management, parking management, and student-staff management. The Associate Director for Campus Safety reports directly to the Director for Campus Safety and will strive to ensure that all members of the Campus Safety staff observe policies and procedures that contribute to a safe and well-ordered campus environment. Position Duration: 12 months per year

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Criminal Justice or a related field preferred

• Minimum of five years of experience including professional staff supervision and general overall knowledge of campus law enforcement required.
